She is the owner and operator of Lil\u2019 Bits Family Child Care Home, a high-quality NAFCC Accredited, Keystone Star 4, PHL preK facility. Adrienne has been appointed to the State Advisory Council, becoming a co-chair in Access to Programs, a CDA PD Specialist and Student Coach, a PQAS Standardized Professional Development Instructor, and holds a PA Director\u2019s Credential.
