Of providers who are still open, 81% were operating at less than 25% capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emergency Fund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ecic4kids.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Early Childhood Investment Corporation<\/a>, with support from Home Grown and the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation, will provide grants of up to $2,000 to 43 providers in Washtenaw County.
